@AlaskaAir Notified would not be receiving premiere class seats day of flight. Arriving flight u-turned to Portland despite being closer to Reno. Missed a show due to nearly three hour delay. Return flight was over a hour delay. Not sure I'll be flying Alaska for upcoming trips.

@SilverLegacy Easily one of the most irritable hotel stays. Over two hour wait to receive toiletries. Multiple employees interrupted me while I was attempting to ask questions. Poor explanation of dining credits. Wildly expensive for poor service.

@Airbnb @AirbnbHelp paid for a rental, couldn't contact the host to get access, had to find last minute alternative, and no refund.
