❗️A Ukrainian drone reportedly killed Russian Lieutenant Colonel Dmitry Zharkikh, commander of the 8th Separate Artillery Regiment of the Black Sea Fleet.

Zharkikh was identified by the SSU as the officer who ordered Grad strikes on central Kherson in December 2022, which killed civilians. In 2025, a Ukrainian court sentenced him in absentia to life imprisonment for war crimes.
