Konami president Hayakawa believes AI “won’t bring a significant change” to the game market. “Humans” and “creators” are crucial for developing innovative games

Nicolas Cage says he refused to sign a waiver allowing Amazon to use AI in his ‘Spider-Noir’ series:
“I am not an AI-friendly actor… I’m probably not going to be working with that studio again, but that’s okay.”
@saltydkdan They’ve been trying to Star Wars-ify for years. It’s just finally trying to claw its way to make a shit ton of shows to capitalize off of the nostalgia
Two biggest issues that came up constantly when making Destiny icons:
1. Accidentally made something that already exists
2. All roads lead to accidentally making a swast!ka (I’m so serious it’s annoying)
We had to implement reverse image search rules for this very reason lol
And if you’re one of those who are struggling reach out, if you need help please put down the fear, put down the pride and get help. You do not have to be alone and you should not shoulder this burden alone. You are loved, you are appreciated and you are special
If you have somebody who you know is struggling reach out, tell them you love them and offer them help. Many of us, even those who struggle with depression and other issues seem to forget how easy it is to overlook and be overlooked. It’s always easy to think we have ‘another
Day, another hour, another minute’ but that just isn’t true, at all. Take every minute with your friend, your family, your loved ones like you will never see them again. Treat every moment like it’s the most important moment you’ll ever spend. Love those around you.
Yeah idk I haven’t talked about this yet for fear of irreparably blinding myself from rage, but Yugioh’s barrier of entry is high enough as it is, really don’t need to make it worse by being an ugly dickhead misogynist.
Been back in the yugioh mood again. With the announcement of the mega point list with genesys ive really had the urge to pick up deck building again with the intent to going back to fundamentals. And tbh been really fun thinking up shitty synergies to bring to a locals
America is not a spectator sport
Apparently Logan and I going to Washington meeting with the Vice President, the Secretary of the Treasury, the Secretary of War, and other leaders of this country really pisses some people off
Good.
Because I’d rather be in the room asking questions, learning, challenging ideas, building relationships, and figuring out how I can help than sitting behind a screen telling everyone else what they should be doing
Twitter fingers have never built a country
Think about how insane the American Dream really is
Two brothers with a camera and a crazy amount of ambition can build businesses, compete on the biggest stages in the world, employ hundreds of people, invest in the future of this country and one day walk into Washington and sit across from the people helping lead it
That should inspire people not offend them
Washington doesn’t belong to commentators.
It doesn’t belong to celebrities.
It doesn’t belong to politicians.
It belongs to the American people
And whether people like me or hate me I’m going to keep showing up
Keep learning.
Keep building.
Keep investing in American companies.
Keep creating jobs.
Keep supporting American innovation.
Keep meeting the people doing the hard work.
Keep sticking my neck out.
And keep trying to leave this country stronger than I found it.
The next generation needs to believe that America is still a place where you can dream impossibly big, work your ass off, get knocked down, reinvent yourself, and eventually find yourself in rooms you never thought you’d enter
This country gave me opportunities beyond anything I could have imagined
I intend to give something back
You can spend your life commentating from the cheap seats or you can get on the field
I know where I’ll be
God bless the United States of America🇺🇸
