Any seasoned trekkers here? Just wondering if it's worth doing a fast paced trekking (thinking to run/jog if possible) from Syabrubesi to Kyanjin Gompa in a day. Looks like the distance between these two destinations is c.18 miles with elevation gain of c.9000ft.
