As soon as we had sold the old rate stock we dropped 6ppl on UL and 5ppl on D.

@CJH456 @breadbin68 @NEWM4RKW5 @SteveFowler Chris, the fuel duty is paid by the oil companies when the fuel leaves storage to be delivered to forecourts. Therefore any fuel already held in the tanks at the point of the reduction in duty will have been purchased at the old rate.
