I love my raw a2/a2 milk from a neighbor because it has that thick layer of creme on top. I get to choose to shake and share, or i can scoop some of it when making something requiring cream (so i don't gotta go buy darigold's tub of carageenan and inflame my body). It's so sad they add those emulsifiers. How thick do they want to make their product??? It's all marketting that's ruining a perfectly good product.
