This is hilarious, but not in a good way.
By every indicator he has been one of the most incompetent elected officials.
Even according to Democrats in the Biden Administration.
California, don’t keep doing this to yourselves. Electing people who totally suck at governing.
NEW: I spoke exclusively with the organizer behind the viral fake encampment videos outside Nithya Raman’s home. He defended the stunt saying:
“We brought it to her doorstep so she can see what other people are going through.”
Raman’s campaign says it crossed a line involving her family.
It’s as simple as fixing potholes. Angelenos want the basics. We’ve been deprived from the simplest aspects of a functioning Mayor and City under Karen Bass.
🚨 @spencerpratt will fix the bassholes…aka the potholes that received a $100m federal grant for fixing, but the funds were diverted by Bass for homelessness which only worsened.
No more potholes. Vote Pratt.
Spencer Pratt continue to surge on the polls and betting markets, while Nithya Ramen has plummeted to single digits, and incumbent Mayor Bass plummeted 10+ points.
Election day is in 5 days! Will Spencer get the 50% + 1? 👀
This is not the fist instance of an active criminal being funded by Los Angeles tax payers.
Eugene Henley, Jr., aka “Big U,” was charged by our Office in March 2025 for dozens of felonies, including fraud, robbery, extortion, tax evasion, embezzlement of donations to his charity that receives public money, and running a racketeering conspiracy in which he allegedly murdered an aspiring musician.
According to the indictment, Henley used his anti-gang charity, Developing Options, as a front for fraudulent activities and to insulate other members of his racketeering enterprise from law enforcement suspicion.
Under Henley’s leadership, Developing Options was primarily funded through the City of Los Angeles’s Mayor’s Office through the Gang Reduction Youth Development (GRYD) program.
Specifically, from on or about July 1, 2018, to on or about June 30, 2023, Developing Options was allotted $2,352,000 from the Mayor’s Office of the City of Los Angeles.

Notice how Hollywood fell off a cliff IMMEDIATELY after Karen Bass took office? If you give her another 4 years, that’ll be a wrap on Hollywood. She will finish the job of killing our city’s golden goose. Vote like your life depends on it, LA. It does.
Nithya Raman rolls her eyes and tells constituents it doesn’t matter if homeless encampments are 100, or 500 feet away from children.
She consistently votes against allowing the city council to use municipal code 41.18 to designate areas around schools, libraries, and parks as safe zones from homeless.
Turns out that when it comes to HER children, distance away from drugged out zombies actually does matter.
Raman isn’t a leader, she’s an elitist.
Yet Nithya's comrades thought it was just fine to harass Jackie Lacey endlessly at her house.
Or my old boss, former Rep. Steve Knight, at his house.
Don't dish it out if you can't take it
Nithya thinks this election is just about bike lanes. This election is about saving our city from rampant fraud, drug addicts destroying our streets, and moms feeling unsafe everywhere they go. Nithya is a deeply unserious person and she doesn’t have it in her to do this job.
Unconstitutional
Uninformed
Unserious
And they’re not protecting “immigrant communities,” they’re trying to protect illegal immigrants. They’re not the same.
Looks like panic is setting in on the political establishment, including Sheriff Luna. People have figured out a vote for him is a vote to further the destruction of @LASDHQ#FactsMatter#helpisontheway
Prop 36 cracked down on retail theft and passed with nearly 70% of the vote. Californians spoke clearly. But yesterday, Assembly Democrats passed another bad bill rolling back key parts of Prop 36. California Assembly Republicans voted NO.
California Democrats pursued out refineries with their one party rule and refuse to suspend the gas tax. They want Californians to pay more at the pump.
I gave Senate Democrats an opportunity to lower gas prices by suspending CA's highest in the country gas tax.
Once again, they refused to discuss a commonsense idea and said "hell no."
The fight isn’t over. I’ll continue to advocate for families, students, and senior citizens who are crushed by the affordability crisis. Click on the link to listen to my floor remarks.

Thank you @SenatorChoi for your support. High gas prices are straining everyone’s budget. My legislation is common sense & will offer some type of relief.

After years of running this city into the ground, Nithya Raman is running for mayor, while gangs are running drugs, and Angelenos in her district are running for their lives. Anyone else tired of this? Time to stop running, and stand up for this city. Vote Pratt and Nithya will retire for good. She said so.

Interesting that @derektranCA45 claimed that there wouldn’t be any room for politics and called out President Trump by name.
But when our President approved aid, Tran couldn’t thank the President by name then?
It appears there actually is room for politics for Tran.
