@ThreeUKSupport It’s now working. Sounds like your customer support need a bit of training. I asked them every time if I should do this and they said no.

@ThreeUK getting very frustrated. Upgraded my phone. Received it on Saturday. After contacting you guys 3 times my number still hasn’t transferred to my new phone. Every time customer services says you won’t have to contact us again about this.
