$GGEI again, look at all the recent news of the positive effects in Chinese real estate. It seems VERY clear what is happening here.

$GGEI This is HUGE. Long post here, but read it all to fully understand what appears to be happening.

IMO, these are the details that will send the stock price back up to $1-2. I believe it’s the big reason they are doing the reorganization/merger…
The past couple years, they had significant impairment loss, $136M. BUT, they appear to be bringing that value back on the books through “impairment reversal.”

Read the note by the auditor… “there was significant judgement made by management estimating the discount rate and discounting period”. It seems they were trying to accelerate the loss at extreme discounts, SO THAT when economic situation in China turned positive for real estate, they could gain back that value on the books.

Now here’s the interesting part…you can ONLY have impairment reversal under IFRS accounting, not US GAAP. It’s literally the first bullet point they call out regarding certain rules they would be exempt from by becoming a BVI holding company.

So what does this mean?…well, I believe they will complete the reorganization/merger within the next month to adopt these changes. Their year end is September 30…so the annual report is due by end of 2024. Their goal is likely to show that impairment reversal on the 10K, which means the stock price could likely rise all the way to the end of year…and retail wouldn’t know why unless they pieced together these details from filings ahead of time.

This is ONE of the big reasons why I am so bullish on this stock. I’m trying to point out all these details early so people can make their own decision if they think there is an opportunity to catch a big run here. I believe this runs for another 6 months, to the end of the year.
