A white SUV operated by a masked individual and a subsequent masked passenger pulled the vehicle onto a sidewalk in front of a business and stole an ATM machine in broad daylight about an hour ago.
Anyone with cellphone video or surveillance video is asked to call Central Division Robbery Detectives.

MISSING | 17-year-old with severe autism missing from Encino, California
Sara Nicole Castillo, 17, was last seen on Aug. 9 near the 5400 block of Zelzah Avenue in Encino, according to the LAPD. She was reported missing around 2 a.m. on Aug. 10 after her family discovered she wasn’t at home.
Police say Sara texted her father, stating she had stepped out for air but was lost and unable to find her way back.
Sara is described as a Hispanic female, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 113 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a gray floral-patterned shirt, gray shorts, and pink sandals.
Sara is new to Los Angeles & is unfamiliar with the area. If you have any information about her whereabouts, please contact the LAPD’s Missing Persons Unit at 213-996-1800.

This past week, LAPD officers worked diligently to arrest criminals, disrupt crime, and invested time connecting with the community.
The LAPD football team went against our partners from the @LASDHQ in an epic and friendly rivalry showdown. The LAPD Centurions won by a score of 23-3. Although this was a contested battle, on and off the field, we stand united, partners in keeping all of LA safe.
