Good morning!
We woke up today feeling incredibly grateful for our legal community and for this opportunity to fundraise in a fun way.
Just a friendly reminder, NH Gives is still going on until 5:00 p.m. this afternoon.

The first day of NH Gives is winding down, but we're not going anywhere!
We'll resume hourly posting in the morning so we can answer any questions you may have about the NHLAP and hopefully give everyone a reason to donate!

We believe in transparency. It's part of the reason we put out an in-depth annual report every year.
We also want to present just how diverse our participant pool is.

You don't have to be in crisis to reach out.
A mental health checkup is a great idea!
Not only is it good for you and those around you, it can also help reduce stigma around mental health.

Today's theme is Feel Well - Emotional Well-being.
In honor of this, we are taking time to focus on giving our lives order and structure.
Think about a home project you've been meaning to get around to.
We hope you found time to focus on wellness and we will be back next year.
Today's WWIL theme is "Connect", and we're going to be concentrating on our social well-being.
IWIL invites us today toplan a social gathering or strengthen your connection to meaningful groups.
Take time today to think about and appreciate your own sense of social belonging.
Day 3 of WWIL is about intellectual well-being and is called "Engage and Grow".
Our advice for today is to do as Kendrick said and "Turn the TV Off".
Today, try to shut down the technology and see what you can learn from talking to people, doing activities, or reading a book.
Today, we are going to center our spiritual well-being.
We invite everyone to find this by saying one hundred silent "thank yous" or positive wishes for people. Make a point of doing small acts of kindness without expectations of thanks or praise.
It's IWIL's Well-being Week in Law!
Today's theme is "Stay Strong".
Our charge today is to take an "awe walk", where we slow down and perceive the world around us, shifting our attention outward.
In honor of this, enjoy these photos the team took on recent vacations.
We just added a bunch of events to our website for Well-being Week in Law!
Check out some of these free webinars and try to catch a few throughout the week.
