Over 40 student “investors” took part in Backed by Business, a cross-campus collaboration between @LATechCOES and the College of Business held during the annual Freshman Design Competition.
Business students (and special guest investors @DrJBHenderson and Mrs. Tonia!) heard 60-second pitches from engineering teams, then selected their top pick based on market potential.
