@DrSJaishankar my dad is in India and is very critical and not going to be able to make it. I am being advised since I don’t have my OCI, I cannot use VBM and make it to India. I am a US citizen with a business visa but born to India parents. Can you help please.

@elonmusk Hope you can help. Ordered a Model 3 and did not include autopilot. Delivery is today while checking yesterday on tesla website for the option to upgrade to autopilot - it showed the autopilot included and no additional due. now I am told I need to pay irrespective.
