@AmazonHelp maybe Jeff Bezos needs to understand that you cannot charge a restocking fee (calling it a damage fee when a package hasn’t been opened) without notifying the customer first. Such a ripoff.

@UPS I just recd the most disturbing call from a customer service rep at UPS. The call was so disgusting I googled the number to make sure it belongs to UPS. It was very threatening about a package UPS says was delivered and indeed was not admittedly by UPS.

@BestBuy The manager in the store where they were picked up handled the situation very ethically. Calling the 800 CS number for Best Buy is a complete waste of time. They shouldn’t even exist. Consumer beware. Best Buy continues to drop.

@24hourfitness 24 hour fitness needs to come into 2024. I went to the Torrance location yesterday and the difference from Manhattan Beach was astounding. MB has some of the most expensive Real Estate in So Cal and your gym is inferior.
