I sent them an email back saying I know exactly where my bag is and gave them all the info I had from KLM passenger. Now air Canada is working on it. Mind you I had to email them like 15 x in order for someone to respond back to me 🙃🙃🙃

Update: A woman called me on Friday to inform me that she had my bag at her house. KLM wrongfully delivered the bag to her. Mind you she’s been having the bag for ten days now even after she spoke to both airlines to let them know about it.

@SarahSy77807862 @AClostmyluggage @AirCanada @KLM I certainly did not, as a a matter of fact KLM had FedEx go to her house l, picked up the bag and now it’s stuck at a FedEx facility that’s 35 minutes away from me since Monday. They’ve been informed to send it back to KLM Washington DC 😭. Air Canada sent me an email yesterday

It took almost a month to locate my baggage. I won’t be reunited with the two suitcases for the next fortnight. To say that I regret ever flying @AirCanada is an understatement.

My parents took #AirCanada this morning, and I’ve heard that almost ALL of the passengers on the plane were missing their luggages.

My whole family are depressed because we have medications and so many expensive items in our luggages.

She even sent me a picture @AirCanada @AClostmyluggage @AirFranceUS @KLM_US . This bag is at some lady’s house who probably lives less than an hour from me. And @AirFranceUS and @KLM have decided to hold my bag hostage !!!!

@KLM_US @AirCanada @AClostmyluggage I never flew KLM ..never went through D.C.!!! Now not only am I going to have to deal with @AirCanada , I have to add @KLM_US to the list. WTF 🤯 I could have easily picked up my bag from the lady !PLEASE do not send it back to Dulles!!!!!!

@KLM_US @AirCanada @AClostmyluggage KLM told her she I could not pick up my luggage from her which is the most ridiculous thing. KLM informs her that they will be picking up MY BAG from her and sending it back to Dulles Airport.I am now going on day 31 WITHOUT my bag.

Will be reporting @AirCanada to the US department of Transportation and and Canadian Transportation Agency for losing my bag. My bag has been lost since June 22 2022, when you call them they either take 3 hours to pick up or when they do they hang up on your face !!!

I didn’t keep most of the reciepts with the shopping I did in Turkey because I truly didn’t think I would need them especially since I wasn’t planning on returning anything back. But I’ve learned my lesson 😫
