@RBReich A real pro-life agenda would be paid maternal/paternal/sick leave, universal childcare, universal pre-k, free school meals, higher funding for our schools, and universal healthcare.
Today on Transgender Day of Visibility, we show our support for the transgender community and state how trans people just like all people are entitled to dignity, respect, support, and self-expression.
@davidmweissman However, Jewish Americans can be used to blame as "elites". This is why they attack Soros as he could be used to represent Jewish people in their hatred. Same for immigrants, and black Americans as they too are used to blame for problems in our society. 2/2
@davidmweissman It's really clear (I say this as one), Jewish Americans aren't right-wing (in fact you could say they're predominantly left). The right attacks minorities (black Americans) over their not backing them and they could blame them for crimes while gaining bigoted votes. 1/2
@LHSummers @WhiteHouseCEA I know the Obama administration put not as much into stimulus as the US economy would lose over the wish to get Republican votes and fear of inflation but it led to a very slow and tedious recovery. The fault seems to be logistic problems caused by COVID in the economic recovery.
@LHSummers @WhiteHouseCEA Lawrence H. Summers I deeply respect you as someone who studies economics. However, I feel like this critique is biased in outlook. When we had the stimulus under Barrack Obama we didn't have a surge in inflation or with the deficit spending he did.

@DashDobrofsky Why are we taking this person from Fox News seriously? I understand he could be having a moment of clarity though I still believe we shouldn't give this person attention as it gives him some level of legitimacy.
@ChrisMurphyCT It's despicable and only serves as a distraction from the real problems in our society which is the lack of gun control and the lack of mental healthcare.
@ninaturner@briebriejoy With all due respect, this is the most stupid take I've ever heard. To divide the only party defending democracy and advocating for social justice will only hurt the party. For example, look at 1980, Ted Kennedy ran against Carter and divided the party, and heavily hurt Carter.
