This is incredibly problematic. Tools must be left in the toolbox and language and definitions matter. As a group of constituents, impacted DAILY by this, you are wrong on this bill.
Yesterday I filed HB 1951 - The Toll Payer Protection Act. The bill would accomplish four main things: 1. Voter approval. 2. Uniform toll bill reform. 3. Timeline for cessation of tolls. 4. Allow for use of public/private partnerships where appropriate for the state & taxpayers
