Worst I've ever seen SEA. We 100% were missing our flight if not for the premium TSA line.

Employees at marketing firm @postcardmania in Clearwater, Florida are not only being asked to work through the hurricane, but are being told to *bring their kids and pets to stay at work overnight* so as to "continue to service our National clients."
This pretty much sums up my travel experience for this trip.

there have been several stories I've reported where sources who have worked on an issue for years and years told me things really shifted politically for them once John Oliver ran a segment on it. just happened again today. kind of remarkable
@SouthwestAir We were told by the pilot it would only be 10min max and it’s been almost 30+! It’s not humane to keep people locked up in these planes when the heat is spiking like this. We’re starting to loose it. There are babies and kids and elderly on this plane. I’m just aghast.
Nothing about my @SouthwestAir experience had gone right. Even when I think I’ve finally made it & the worst is over, we’re being held hostage inside the damn plane on the tarmac - AND ITS HOT. I just don’t understand how airlines didn’t prepare for the increased summer travel.

Flight delayed again. @SouthwestAir is such a freaking shit show… this is the only place where we can reschedule our missed connections. Normally they let use use any gate/agent but I was turned away and told to stand in this line. seriously. I’m done with SW after this trip.

@AprilKihlstrom Same! Everyone I’ve talked to in person said there were no more vouchers or credits available. Only got something finally via Twitter. Still waiting in Austin to catch a flight to Tampa to get a rental car to drive to Orlando. The only way I could get to my destination in time.
@AprilKihlstrom The only way I could get any type of voucher was by sending them a DM on Twitter and complaining ALOT. I’m so shocked. Usually they’re customer service is so great but they’re seriously floundering right now.
