@EU_Commission Spain 🇪🇸 has earmarked around €863 million in #CohesionPolicy funding for disaster prevention and preparedness. This would support measures that aim to prevent and prepare for climate-related risks, including floods, landslides, fires, storms, and droughts.

@EU_Commission With #RESTORE, the proposed changes will provide Member States to use #EUfunds to repair infrastructure and equipment damaged by disasters, provide food and basic material assistance, ensure access to healthcare, and to temporarily support the financing of short-time work schemes
