@GomezNymphadora@ABC This is different for one major reason, Iran has continuously said they seek the total annihilation of both Israel and the US. Iraq never posed a direct threat to either of these countries but Iran has made clear that if they had a weapon they would use it.
Free the hostages NOW!
So many people have been blinded by hate and pride, choosing an ideology over humanity.
Had they chanted “Free the hostages” the war would have been over by now.
But instead they chanted “Free Palestine”.
The innocent hostages became colonizers, the rapists became freedom fighters, human shields became a justified weapon and ethnic cleansing became an act of resistance.
Then “they” wondered why the conflict is never ending?!
“Palestine” = Ideology
The hostages = Humanity
@donaldglover Hey - are you still looking to hire people for your company? I am in Ojai and have an interesting background that might be helpful - I so admire the work you do.
Best to you - Linda Burstyn
@MalcolmNance Education: 1948 the UN created two states on the land, one for the Jews and one for the Arabs. Both had been there for thousands of years (actually, Jews were there 1600 years longer, but that's not the point). Palestinians rejected the offer. They wanted all or nothing.
@HolocaustMuseum I am writing on behalf of my mother, Vera Burstyn (née Goldschmidt), who is also a Holocaust survivor from Hungary. She would like to be in touch with Peter Gorog to go over some details of their mutual experiences. Would you kindly send his contact information? Thank you! Linda
