@thekycolonel1 thought it would be a great idea to do an annual event as a tribute to his mother’s passing and I think we can all agree on the decision. We are looking forward to see where this race takes us in the future, but tonight at 9:30 EST we have the first annual LCA200!

Announcement: The Lung Cancer Awareness 200 will become a yearly event from here on out on the @NASCARHeat franchise. We can’t promise it will always be exactly on the 10th of April, but it will always be around it. More details to come in the comments.

It is officially raceday for the Lung Cancer Awareness 200! Events will begin at 8:45 EST with the Pre Race show, followed by Burnin’ It Down at 9:15 EST. After that, pre race ceremonies will take place here on Twitter, and once those are done we will go racing at 9:30 EST!
