Come out and support the Bears Golf Team at Indian Lake this Monday, August 21, at 4:30. This is also Senior Night honoring Ally Bush and Allison Seitz. Come out and support this team and these two outstanding young women.

Congrats to Allison Seitz on winning the Southmont Invitational shooting an even par 71! The team finished 4th out of 13 teams. Maya Branson shot her personal best for 18 holes shooting 101; Ayana shot her personal best 124; Jah Kelly completed the scoring with a 125.

Once again, it was great to see 5 LC Golfers playing in the Mizuno Junior Tour Event today at Edgewood! Maya, Livy, Ally, Allison, and Kris are working hard to get better! Also, Ayonna is taking lessons this summer to improve her game! Wonderful change of events for LC Golf!!

The Willen-Randle Cup stays with the Bears after a 1 stroke victory over Warren Central, 215-216. The Bears were led by Jack Brooks and Kris Frank. Colton Parks played a significant role in the victory.

Congrats to the LC Golf Team on their 3rd place finish at the MIC Tournament. The team finished 4 strokes ahead of LN. 3 players shot personal bests (Jeremiah 105; Joe 117; Colton 120). Congrats to Jack for finishing All MIC shooting an 88.

The boys finished 6th at Sectionals today shooting a season best 390! Ben, Jeremiah, and Colton all shot personal bests; Jackson and Avery shot their best score at Maple Creek. What a fitting end to a great season! So proud of these young men!!

Congrats to the Boys Golf Team winning the inaugural Randle-Willen Cup! This is a traveling trophy between the golf teams of LC and Warren. The boys won 196 to 250. Thanks to Coach Massey for honoring 2 incredible mentors and individuals. The girls will battle in the fall.

Congrats to the boys golf team. They finished 3rd in the MIC! Earning All-MIC Honors was Avery Hoppes shooting 90. Ben Lukens finished 9th overall shooting 93 and Jack Brooks shot 95 finishing 10th. Jeremiah Dixon and Colton Parks rounded out the scoring.

The Boys Golf Team finished its season last Friday at Sectionals. Ben Lukens played the best he’s ever played shooting a PB of 46 on his inward nine and a PB of 102 for 18. Avery shot 105 and Kevin shot 111, a PB for 18 holes and a PB of 50 on his inward 9. Jackson shot a 121.

Last 9 hole match of the season and plenty of good stuff: lowest 9 hole score of the year, 3 personal bests for a 9 hole competitive match, Nehemiah made it through the season!! It’s on to Sectionals next Friday!!!
