Starting October 19th, a support group for all affected by substance abuse disorder will be meeting from 7-8pm. This group will meet every Thursday and is free with no sign-up required.
Monday, 10/23 at 11 am, Carole Klingler presents "I Can't Sleep: A Talk on Sleep."
This presentation focuses on non-pharmaceutical interventions and ideas to help improve sleep hygiene for those living with dementia.
