International data roaming must be deactivated on your account by a technician online or at a store. It is not a setting on your phone. The technician at my local store in Torrington knew exactly what it was and I had my phone fixed within 5 minutes.

If any first responders are having issues with their FirstNet/AT&T phone today where they lose Cellular connection and their phone cannot register on the cellular network it is because of a glitch in a software update. See more...
