Today’s not a great day. Joint pain, muscle weakness and breathing is pants. Chest is so sore. Trying to work, but it’s exhausting. When will this get better! 10mths now.

This latest long COVID19 study shows more concerning findings. More than 1/3 of COVID19 patients still report symptoms nearly 3-6 months after their diagnosis. 40% of those who had symptoms 3-6 months after diagnosis had no symptoms in the prior 3 months.

So, my 1st tweet. Have had #longcovid for 8mths. Have no-one to talk to. So incredibly lonely. This isn’t me! And now this evening my husband says I just need to get up, start moving & get on with it. I honestly can’t take anymore. I have never been so low #LongCovid #FBLC

@Saralongcovid I asked about swimming at my hospital respiratory session last week. She said swimming was a good form of exercise, physically and mentally. She said the front crawl was the best as it opened up the chest. Little steps, bit by bit. Good luck x
