I still miss Dylan Duffy, he often only made cameos off the bench but he was still a great personality to have at the club, wish he could've been part of the title winning team although his transfer to Chesterfield probably freed up some budget for players like Reach and Bradley
Following yesterday's defeat Lincoln City will return to Carabao Cup action on Tuesday night with a trip up to Lancashire to take on League One side Blackpool
If we consistently play like we did against Middlesbrough we can stay up, if we consistently play like we did against Portsmouth we'll be relegated by March
All that money spent on the stadium and the match day experience hasn't really improved, in fact it felt worse
• No more permanent scoreboard
• No seats in the fan zone
• No more curry or smash burgers
• Club shop looks worse
I was sadly quite disappointed
We gave up today, I was proud last weekend but you can't be proud of a team that gives up, the first 5 minutes were brilliant but once we conceded it felt like the belief was gone, it returned when we scored the penalty but after they got their third it felt like we gave up again
Reminder that tomorrow's match against Portsmouth is a 12:30 kick off, with the match likely to be a sell out make sure to arrive at the stadium in plenty of time to make sure that you don't miss the start of the first home match of the season
Lincoln Red Imps are 2-0 down after the first leg of their Conference League playoff tie against Larne, the Red Imps received a red card in the 29th minute before conceding 2 goals in the last 10 minutes, the second leg will take place in Northern Ireland next Thursday
It's ridiculous that we still haven't received ticket info for the Blackpool game next week, Bolton away tickets are going on sale to silver and bronze members tomorrow so we probably can't put the Blackpool tickets on sale until Friday which is just 4 days before the match
@bwfc_elliot There's rumours that there are plans to expand the capacity permanently but I presume the club wants to make sure we're consistently selling out the stadium at it's current capacity before making such a large investment
Ffs just bring a bloody coat, most temporary stands with roofs have restricted views due to the poles required to keep the roof up, if I was an away fan I'd much rather not have a roof on the stand than have a restricted view like at Stockport
Following a performance to be proud of at Middlesbrough, Lincoln City will host Portsmouth in our first home match of the season next Saturday with kick off at 12:30 BST
Proud.
Proud of every player on that pitch today who fought for the Imp on their shirt.
Proud of every fan who cheered for this team for the entire 90 minutes.
Proud of this club for getting to the Championship and looking competitive.
Just bloody proud.
