Thanks to efforts from @LCRPC_LAS and @LCRPC_LFB, the person has been rescued from the water. Currently en-route to hospital. The person is currently in cardiac arrest. @LondCallingRPC

Traffic in the Northbound direction has resumed. Southbound is remaining closed for the foreseeable future. Driver has been freed and is on his way to hospital with minor injuries. @LondCallingRPC

Called to the M25 this evening. Oil tanker has come off of the road, driver trapped. Full closure in place. Avoid the M25 between J4 and J5 both directions. @LondCallingRPC
