I am the arbiter of fate for Loudoun County. I decide whether you live or die. Also the snow days. I decide those too.

Hey, you know what freezing rain is really good for?
Ice skating.
You could ice skate to school.

man, you guys are even less fun than the board of directors #CloseLCPS

[Wayde Byard @LCPSWaydeByard]

Sorry, guys.
I was supposed to drive down to the call center this morning, but no way in hell I'm going out in that mess.

Loudoun County Public Schools would like to reassure parents and students concerned about tomorrow's high winds that, in all likelihood, any students commuting by foot will be blown so far away as to not be a problem for Loudoun County anymore. #CloseLCPS

Loudoun County Public Schools will be reopening January 8th, 2018, at the conclusion of our winter break.
Given an unusually large staff and janitorial turnout on Tuesday and Wednesday, we'd like to apologize for any miscommunication. #CloseLCPS

[Wayde Byard @LCPSWaydeByard]

LCPS is cancelled January 4th because apparently "sliding to school over the backs of frozen classmates" isn't a valid form of transportation.
Jeez, you can't do anything these days. #CloseLCPS

[Wayde Byard @LCPSWaydeByard]

@EZcloselcps @Waydebyard_lcps Sorry, I can't hear you.
It's like there's forty mile per hour gusts in the way, drowning you out.
Eh, couldn't have been that important.

[Wayde Byard @LCPSWaydeByard]

Ha.
Ha ha ha.
I really had you going for a second there, didn't I? #CloseLCPS

[Wayde Byard @LCPSWaydeByard]

I'm not touching you.
I'm not touching you.
I'm not touching you.

[Wayde Byard @LCPSWaydeByard]

Alright, that was pretty funny, but for real this time.
Two hour delay.
I'm not crossing my fingers, you are. #CloseLCPS

[Wayde Byard @LCPSWaydeByard]

@sacredperry Sure, closing school may help. You could also purchase a flamethrower and melt the ice. One of those is less work for me.

[Wayde Byard @LCPSWaydeByard]

It'll be open again tomorrow, though.
Otherwise, you might surpass the maximum allowed level of fun.
Can't have that. #CloseLCPS

[Wayde Byard @LCPSWaydeByard]

LCPS is cancelled March 14th because quite frankly I was getting really fucking bored sitting around this call center all winter #CloseLCPS

[Wayde Byard @LCPSWaydeByard]

I have a game for you.
What's white, rhymes with "Blow Hay", and is something you aren't getting tomorrow?
It's your guess #CloseLCPS

[Wayde Byard @LCPSWaydeByard]

I may have accidentally omitted a word in my first announcement.
To be fair, I was in the middle of a WoW raid at the time. #dontjudge #LCPS

[Wayde Byard @LCPSWaydeByard]

So apparently the county didn't like my idea to have buses drive on sidewalks.
They says it's illegal.
I say they're wimps. #LCPS #CloseLCPS

[Wayde Byard @LCPSWaydeByard]

So apparently the mayor of VA told everyone to stay off streets on Monday.
I wonder if I can convince buses to drive on sidewalks.

[Wayde Byard @LCPSWaydeByard]

I expect all tributes burned in my praise to be completed by Saturday. #LCPS #CloseLCPS https://t.co/3MxxExJbbB

[LCPS News @LCPSOfficial]

[Wayde Byard @LCPSWaydeByard]

Hah.
I really had some of you going, didn't I?
