Quick question, World. Was watching Zootopia and at one point the parking meter enforcer had to give herself a ticket for parking her vehicle too long.

Is that a thing, ticketing their own staff? Or was it just comic relief for the movie?

@AmazonHelp Amazon essentials mouse is not clicking when I click, esp. when double clicking. It's not huge, but annoying. Doesn't happen always, but enough to threaten equipment failure in the future.
