If the police arrest and take them to court our night activism courts release them with some laughable fines. In schools the systems are rotten to the core. The principles just wait for government subsides to pocket while others have perfected the act of ensuring parents pay for passing exams. Infact before any exams in some schools parents gave meetings with the school to discuss facilitation of exams. Again the schools are extremely packed with the minimum number of teachers and other administrative staff to manage. In some instances parents will raise havoc if their children are disciplined. If they committee sanitise a name the president has no way of knowing. Just write a one page report indicating he was jailed for some crime and excellent behaviour and showing extreme remorse during the period he has been in jail. Remember the report comes from the correctional facility and the president has no documentation of everyone jailed in Kenya
