🌍 Our annual Community World Cup brought the city together, with 15 teams representing communities from across Lincoln.

🏅 After a dramatic final and penalty shootout against Cape Verde, Romania were crowned champions!

💙 This week is Dementia Action Week, led by Alzheimer’s Society.

As part of the week, our Health and Communities team took part in 'Dementia Friends' training to better understand dementia and how we can support those affected by it.

Today, the @LCityFoundation's DSActive Squad travelled to @BottesfordTown's Annual Tournament. No trophy this time , but I reckon they haven't played a competitive match for a good while. However, it was a fab day out, the weather wasn't bad and great to see folks again. #

⚽️ Two games for our BTEC sides on the LNER Stadium turf!

The A Team secured a 7-2 win over Scunthorpe with Alfie Clark scoring four - Jacob Childs, Joshua Greenacre and Angel Porter also scored.

The B Team were beaten by Bradford College, with Freddie Burton scoring for City.
