What a “Good Friday” Event Planning/FCCLA teamed up to host an Easter Egg Hunt for our self-contained special education class. Everything was handmade by my class as a kind gesture leading into Easter weekend. Once again, very proud of my group. @JEFCOCareerTech @pghs_spartans

Halloween Baking Competition - Some of my Ss have never cooked or baked anything before. I was very impressed with many of their treats. They made cupcakes, cookies, and chocolate covered Rice Krispie treats @pghs_spartans @JEFCOCareerTech

Happy National Pancake Day! A perfect day to make homemade pancakes. My classes did great understanding mise en place, liquid & dry measuring, the importance of following a recipe in most cases, and communication. I was very proud of the results! @JEFCOCareerTech @pghs_spartans
