@AmericanAir Yes, I see that. HOWEVER… most military branches prohibit commercial travel in #uniform for #security reasons. So that policy is a gesture without sincerity. @Delta and @united haven’t lost my bags and give me a place to freshen up and relax. #FlyDelta #FlyUnited

I USED to be a fan of @AmericanAir but this past year traveling w/ them has been TERRIBLE. From #lost bags, #flight delays & cancellations, awful #CustomerService, & more. Now their last perk is gone. #Lounge access for #Military ONLY in uniform, which most branches don’t allow🫡
