2/ AI algorithms may introduce biases based on factors such as race, gender, or socioeconomic status. Human experts play a vital role in ensuring that AI systems are designed and trained in an ethical and unbiased manner, reducing the risk of unintended consequences and negative impacts on society.

3/ While AI algorithms have made it easier to analyse data and make predictions based on past patterns, they still have limitations when it comes to adapting to new situations. Human experts are able here to bring their creative thinking & experience to the table, helping to come up with new approaches and ideas.
