@Crimson_King_9 Halo 2 has the shotgun in the 1st level, and the rocket launcher and a bloody scarab gun in the second, I don't think getting the good toys early on is a bad thing.

@Jordan456257099 It's part of the cycle, the pre-game excitement was high for every game, even halo 5, it'll no doubt get pretty good sales, and then after a week or so people will start poking holes in it and it'll be hated for a while, how it sets after a few years is the only way to tell.

@ThelVanDamne My main issue with halo 3 is the story, I think it'd be better if it more closely resembled reach tonally, instead of the covenant only attacking one spot, have that spot be the only place they're not glassing, humanity still has colonies, they'll survive, but earth falls.

@Dalran_AQ3D @NocontextRvB Just a side note, I thought the remastered DVDs just used the audio commentary for the originals, you watch the season 3 commentary and they keep talking about how the aspect ratio keeps changing, despite the fact that the remaster makes it all consistently fullscreen.

@Dalran_AQ3D @NocontextRvB I'd have to rewatch to be sure but I think the original actually has it as church for the time travel episode itself, since that episode was reusing a lot of clips people were tricked into thinking it was always there.
