At about 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 19, the City of Rochester Bureau of Water discovered a dead body within the Highland Park Reservoir. Immediately upon discovery, the Reservoir was shut down. Monroe County Dep. of Public Health ordered the City to issue a Boil Water Notice.

Deputies are attempting to locate Tahir McDonald, 15 years old of Perinton.

Tahir was last seen on 11/23/2023 at about 10:00 p.m. leaving his residence at the Pines of Perinton wearing all black clothing and black shoes. He is approximately 5'09", 150 lbs.
