@thylocalauthor they’re messy as hell ! it’s almost like they’re trying wanna say, “so what’s it like having chris back as captain america and what does that mean for you?” and the way they ask questions completely undermines him/sam as Cap.
i think there’s an agenda to try and catch him in the act of even sounding the slightest bit bitter, just to have a “gotcha” moment and try to cancel him again and honestly, it’s weird and disgusting as fuck.
@ElAveInmortal5 exactly. like he never has anything but good things to say about his friend. but a lot of the time the way reporters ask questions is condescending and you can tell there’s an underlying meaning behind them. it’s like they’re trying to make him break and it’s weird.
@ElAveInmortal5 I’m not saying he sounds bitter. I’m saying I think people keep asking him the same questions over and over rather than asking about Ant or even Sam’s role in all this, and folks are waiting for him to slip up and “sound bitter,” by misconstruing his words and body language. :)
I just really hope Ant knows that we see him and we love him. Marvel’s consistent attempts to undermine him and Sam as Cap doesn’t mean shit to us.
Ant deserves so much better. Sam Wilson deserves so much better. And one day, they’ll learn to stop playing in our fucking faces.
