@Deliveroo Did you even read my message? My issue is with the team managing the help function in your app. They confirmed the driver will not deliver the missing order yet won't refund me

@Deliveroo You only deliver half of my £70+ grocery order. When I ask your chat function to call the driver and ask that he delivers it, they say "sorry, we will not be refunding this". I call up, they also say they can't do anything on the phone.

Please let me know how I escalate and put a formal complaint in. Looks like the only way I'm getting my money back from you thieves is through a charge back via my bank.
