@LNRailway This is absolutely disgusting Kings Langley has risen from £9.10 to £10.00 I am actively avoiding. Parking elsewhere and walking to the station.
@LNRailway I have been trying for 1 hour to get a refund on a weekly ticket bought online via LNR app ringing 0333 3110006 x4 + 2 other numbers every time I am told it is the wrong number. I have tried [email protected] and [email protected]. please help
@LNRailway intrigued to know when the car park lights at King's Langley will be switched on. Logged a complaint & could wait 4 weeks for a response. Totally unacceptable meanwhile your customers safety is at risk. Oh and we are charged £8.50 a day for the privilege #notgoodenough
@LNRailway So there appears to be a temporary supply chained to the railings on the walkway btw the car park and Station platform. Whether it works no clue. Their remains the issue of the main car park which is unsafe. Please confirm a refund will be given to users for the unsafe env?
@LNRailway so you have cancelled the 1711 stopping at Kings Langley so next train not until 1734 stopping at KL with no provision for an additional stop on others out of Euston #pathetic
@LNRailway 0726 from Kings Langley late again don't think it's been on time once since new timetable = poor. And then 10 min queue to get off the platform at Euston #servicegonetodogs
