@ESisson7 Native Tennesseean, and they arguably have one of the better pre-tournament training spots. Maybe only better options would be a similar size town in the PNW or upstate NY.
@SperryTime I get that there are nuances but ultimately the play was dead upon the moment the ref intended the blow the whistle so the situations are very much similar. Didn't even realize GI was called because you could clearly hear the whistle live prior. Awful challenge from Torts.
@SperryTime Is that not the same as last nights scenario? Ref thought goalie had it covered, puck was still loose. I agree the whistle was quicker. It did suck. Same rule applied though.
@SperryTime It was similar. Ref blew the whistle thinking Murray stopped the puck, which leaked into under his arm and into the blue ice. Was ruled no goal, intent to blow the whistle.
@AlostroX@rajsinghchohan@FilipMerdic@Amadiohaaa PSG was missing Pacho and Mendes in the CWC final, but Chelsea missed multiple starters in the UCL legs. Don't see anybody giving us excuses for not having Estavao, James, Colwill, etc unavailable. Not to mention the Ligue 1 rescheduling. "Not primed" a joke of a take honestly.
@AlostroX@rajsinghchohan@FilipMerdic@Amadiohaaa Its ridiculous the copium people use for that final. The only fair critique is asserting that it is a sportswashing tournament. Pretending that players didn't care about it is naive. Had Sanchez not robbed 2 great chances for PSG early it would be a totally different storyline.
