@LensDirect Is distributing medical devices with no concern for the patients. I didn’t order these glasses for fun. I sent in a pair of frames that I saved for and have nothing. If you’re considering this company, don’t. Make a better decision for yourself
@LensDirect @panchph0ron Good luck. They put someone else’s lenses in my frames and sent them away. Now they’re trying to get me to take a cheap pair of their glasses and have left me with no other course of action but Twitter 🤬
@LensDirect my missing $350 frames may not matter to you but I had to save for them. Is insulting that you think it is OK to offer me a $40 pair of frames as restitution. My main hope is to keep everyone away from them. I’m certain I wont see my money again
@LensDirect Sheena in customer service actually told me my glasses were still being constructed after I was advised by a third person they sent my glasses to somebody else. I had five encounters with their customer service reps and they all lied
@LensDirect Only responded to me because I went to the Better Business Bureau. Then they tried to say it was resolved with the BBV because they finally admitted they sent my glasses somewhere else. This was after Warren and Sheena telling me glasses were still being constructed
