🔑 Bot Farming Investigation
We are currently investigating 1,373 accounts suspected of bot farming that received withdrawals and subsequently sold their rewards, contributing to the selling pressure. Accounts confirmed to be abusing the system will be permanently banned.

⬆️ Withdrawal Processing
We sincerely apologize for the withdrawal delays. Due to the large volume of requests, manual processing takes time. Fully automated withdrawals could expose the system to further abuse, allowing bot farmers to exploit rewards and create additional selling pressure.

Our team is working hard to resume and accelerate withdrawal processing. We aim to resolve critical issues and make significant progress today and tomorrow.

ℹ️Update for All Victor's Company Miners: Withdrawals & Autopay

We've integrated an automated withdrawal system (Autopay) that screens pending withdrawals for bot farming and suspicious accounts. If your account passes the security check, your withdrawal will be processed in the next Autopay run.

🎮 What gets flagged: We allow a small number of linked accounts for normal transfers between friends and family. Withdrawals may be rejected if:
• Most of your referrals (90%+) are inactive
• You paid people to join through your referral link
• Your referrals share patterns that suggest multiple accounts run by one person

🗣️ About the 0.05 GRAM fee: Mining is completely free. The 0.05 GRAM is only an on-chain verification step, which also helps new users learn how real transactions work on the TON blockchain.

✉️ Processing time: Withdrawals are approved daily, but due to high volume, approval can take up to 3 business days.

• Protecting the market: To keep the market stable and protect on-chain holders, we'll keep suspending bot farms and multi-account farming.

• If you were suspended: Take this second chance and don't repeat the same mistake.

👍 A note on support: All admin decisions are final. Please don't ask about your withdrawal minutes after submitting it, and avoid sending the same message repeatedly, or you may be banned from support. Let's keep things friendly and respectful.

📱 Face Scan KYC Removed — Permanently
Your privacy matters deeply to us. We've permanently removed face scan KYC so you can withdraw without sharing personal identity details.

As part of this change, all previous face verification data will be deleted, and existing verification tags will be removed. All users will be asked to complete the new on-chain verification.

💸 Ways to Skip the Verification Fee
You won't need to pay the 0.045 GRAM fee if you:

If your account is currently banned, you can now reset it and start fresh. To do this, open the Victor's Company app, read the terms and conditions, accept them and tap "Reset my account". Your account will be restored and you can start mining again from zero.
