Every piece carries a serial number, and a global pity system protects you from long dry streaks.

The core loop:

Deploy → Collect → Forge → Equip → Go deeper

Loot piles up while you're offline. Burn shards to forge artifacts, slot 5 per Operator and enhance them to +5. A stronger Operator reaches better tools.

Then the loop starts again, one tier higher.
