Bill C-34 is designed to implement Digital ID’s.
It has nothing to do with protecting children.
This coming from the same people that support child mutilation.
It’s all about control.
Mark Carney told the House of Commons that Pierre Poilievre "does not believe in Canada."
Poilievre's response deserves to be written out in full.
"It is my patriotic duty to fight for the people who are suffering.
Once again he is making the mistake of confusing Canada with the Liberal Party.
We are not going to take any lessons on patriotism from a guy who stashes his corporate cash in a tax haven and moves his corporate head office out of this country.
We are going to continue to fight for Canadian workers, Canadian consumers, and a strong Canada."
No insult. No accusation. Just facts.
Jim points out that lessons on patriotism are a bit rich coming from the man who moved Brookfield's head office to New York.
Who kept his money in offshore structures.
Who sat in Davos and lectured the world about Canada's sovereignty while his corporate interests were parked outside the country he claims to love more than his opponent does.
The hypocrisy is bottomless.
The NDP calls us extreme? Let's be clear about who is truly extreme.
David Eby and the NDP have pushed a radical ideological agenda that is failing British Columbians. Their soft-on-crime approach has led to out-of-control extortion and violence in our communities. Their failed safe supply experiment has worsened the addiction crisis rather than solving it. And in critical court cases, they refused to properly defend fee simple property rights, abandoning homeowners, farmers, and investors.
This is not compassionate governance. It is extreme overreach that puts ideology ahead of people and results.
We offer a better path: safer communities, secure property rights, lower taxes, and economic prosperity for every family. I am committed to uniting our party and province to defeat the NDP and restore hope to British Columbia.
Join me. Let's build a brighter future together.
The list of Liberal boondoggles keeps getting longer:
-$90 billion for Alto
- $756 million for Liberal gun grab
- $250 million on a "launch pad" gravel pit
- $20 billion on government consultants
And they say they don't have enough money to cut taxes for middle class Canadians!
It’s about time we start referring to Mark Carney as a Technical Economist.
Creating 33,000 temporary census jobs so he could get a day of good headlines during a recession is completely reckless and definitely not taught at Harvard or Oxford.
Since 2016, the Ethics Commissioner has found at least ten instances of Liberal MPs, cabinet ministers, or prime ministers contravening federal ethics laws or parliamentary conflict-of-interest rules.
During the same period, the Ethics Commissioner found one Conservative MP in contravention.
That is not a partisan talking point. That is the public record.
What makes this remarkable is that Canadians are constantly told that Conservatives represent a unique threat to ethics and integrity, while the party that has accumulated the overwhelming majority of findings since 2016 continues to enjoy support from voters who often describe themselves as the defenders of ethical government.
If ethics matter, then ethics must matter regardless of party.
Otherwise, ethics are not principles, they are simply partisan weapons.
The public findings of the Ethics Commissioner since 2016 include:
LIBERALS
▪︎ Justin Trudeau
Trudeau Report December 2017 Contraventions of Sections 5, 11, 12 and 21 of the Conflict of Interest Act Matter: Aga Khan vacation
▪︎ Justin Trudeau
Trudeau II Report August 2019 Contravention of Section 9 of the Conflict of Interest Act Matter: SNC-Lavalin affair
▪︎ Bill Morneau Morneau Report December 2017
Contravention of disclosure requirements Matter: Failure to properly disclose a French corporation
▪︎ Bill Morneau Morneau II Report May 2021 Contraventions of Sections 6(1), 7 and 21 of the Conflict of Interest Act Matter: WE Charity affair
▪︎ Dominic LeBlanc
LeBlanc Report May 2018 Contraventions of Sections 6(1) and 21 of the Conflict of Interest Act Matter: Arctic Surf Clam licence decision
▪︎ Mary Ng Ng Report December 2022 Contraventions of Sections 6 and 21 of the Conflict of Interest Act Matter: Contract awarded to a close personal friend
▪︎ Greg Fergus Fergus Report October 2023 Contravention of Section 9 of the Conflict of Interest Act Matter: Use of position in relation to private interests
▪︎ James Maloney
Maloney Report November 2020 Contravention of the Members' Conflict of Interest Code Matter: Failure to meet disclosure requirements
▪︎ Anita Vandenbeld Vandenbeld Report June 2019 Contravention of Section 11 of the Members' Conflict of Interest Code Matter: Sponsored travel disclosure
▪︎ Joe Peschisolido Peschisolido Report June 2019 Multiple contraventions of the Members' Conflict of Interest Code Matter: Private interests and sponsored travel
CONSERVATIVES
▪︎ Stephanie Kusie Kusie Report June 2018 Contravention of Subsection 27(2.1) of the Members' Conflict of Interest Code Matter: Sponsored travel disclosure
So the question is simple...
How does a party that produced the ONLY Prime Minister in Canadian history found guilty of ethics violations twice, multiple cabinet ministers found in contravention, and a growing list of MPs found in violation of ethics rules continue to convince Canadians that its opponents are the real ethics problem?
Please don't lie on Twitter.
Your scheme forces adults to provide ID to get on social media to prove they're not children.
You're using kids as an excuse to track adults.
And we remember you supported seizing bank accounts during the trucker convoy: https://t.co/LfiXiR6hlt
BOOM! Extraordinary that we have to hear this from a former British MP on CBC
And Ian Hanomansing acts surprised after CBC and Liberal MPS called people racist for saying what Andrew Percy says here:
"I think there are, and one of the biggest ones is, of course, in the UK, the electorate told me people who were in elected office, three elections, the Brexit referendum in, two general elections, were concerned about the large numbers of and the failings of the immigration system."
And he describes CBC "And to be perfectly frank, we in the mainstream didn't in fact, too many people in the mainstream closed down legitimate criticisms of the immigration system."
And more about CBC "By telling anybody who wanted to raised some legitimate concerns that they were a bigot or a racist, we've ended up fueling, I think, the rise of this populism."
ON CBC!
This is an interview about Liberal MPs and CBC itself! Watch it all! @brodiefenlon@CraftPolitics
Floor-crosser Lori Idlout says her culture is still being erased.
Taxpayers are funding over $24 billion a year through Indigenous Services Canada alone.
That does not include other federal departments, other services, provincial spending or local funding.
So where is the money going?
If billions keep flowing and the system is still failing, then stop hiding behind victimhood and start with the word everyone loves to use:
Truth.
Full audit.
Every department.
Every program.
Every Indigenous nation, council, organization and group receiving taxpayer money.
Show where the money went.
Show who actually benefited.
Show what failed.
If this is really about Truth and Reconciliation, then start with the truth.
Or is full disclosure too much to ask from the Liberal government and the reconciliation industry?
As Christians entrusted by God to guard our children’s innocence, we see through the deception.
The Digital Safety Act is being introduced today complete with the predicted under-16 social media ban.
This isn’t protection. It’s the final piece for Digital ID, surveillance & control enforcing Bills C-9, C-22 and C-8.
No Canadian voted for this power grab. Starmer was already defeated on it in the UK
Another case of government overreach by the Carney Liberals.
#cdnpoli
SHOCKING
Liberals vote AGAINST keeping Canada's most dangerous criminals, like Paul Bernardo, in maximum-security prisons.
Why are the Liberals putting criminals ahead of victims?
Marc Miller introducing the “Safe social media act”
The Government of Canada is banning kids under 16 from social media platforms.
More Government control over our lives is being ushered in under the guise of safety. This entire announcement was filled with nothing but endless fear. Clearly to convince Canadians that this is a good idea. Parenting be damned.
💥 New taxpayer rip off:
Toronto’s massive 100k sq ft Somali Community Centre just scored:
• City land on a $ 1-per-year lease
• $20 MILLION from the Fed Gov’t
Net-zero luxury facility with pools, gyms & more, while Canadians pay record taxes and struggle with housing.
Liberal Party is scrambling. Mr UnCanadian Carney had Brookfield HQ moved to NY,Carney hides his money in tax haven countries so he avoids paying taxes,Carney identifies as European,Carney spends more time out of Canada than in Canada but please go on and tell us how Canadian Carney is…
🚨 "88,000 jobs!" 🚨
Sounds impressive until you realize a sizeable portion came from #temporary census hires, public-sector growth, taxpayer-funded construction spending, and FIFA-related employment.🤦🏼♂️
Apparently we've reached the stage where government-funded temporary jobs are being marketed as evidence the economy is roaring.
If this is an economic boom, then my spare tire is a transportation strategy.🤨
