Challenge - Due to restrictions on restaurants and movement of people, inventory of seafood at our ports/cold storage are not moving. We also have fishers that can produce more seafood. How can we move key protein from our coasts to consumers who want to purchase it?
How can companies adapt and create value in the rapidly changing COVID-19 market?
Challenge: (1) think about the needs we as a society and community have in the COVID-19 fight.
(2) think about who...maybe you...is best apt to create and deliver this value. Reply with ideas
For example: 1- Medical equip/supplies are needed at hospitals across the country. The needs are timely and many of these hospitals are in rural communities.
2 - Logistics companies with helicopters like @PHI and @bristowgroup, could pivot & move critical supplies to hospitals.
