@liambarker @SteveBarclay Useful resource on using solid oral dosage forms of antibiotics in children- you may have already seen it but wanted to share in case you haven’t! It doesn’t discuss aliquots for smaller doses though which my understanding is used other places.

@pharminfotech I use this regularly with persistent pain patients and have found they really respond to it well 🙂. It’s not a magic bullet but as someone who also experiences persistent pain I use the tool personally as well as with patients!
