LES crews are on their way to an outage reported in northeast Lincoln. Approx. 1,240 customers are impacted, in the area of N 79th-N 140th streets, Crescent moon – Fremont streets. Once onsite, our crews will find the cause and work to get all customers restored. Sit tight!

This Saturday, LES crews are in the final stages of work along A Street and will remove overhead power lines between 56th - 70th streets. A Street (56th -70th) will be closed Oct. 4 from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. to allow crews to safely perform this work.🧡

As of 5:30 p.m., just over 90% of customers have their power restored! But we're not celebrating yet; our crews are focused on the remaining 2,800 and won't stop until all have been restored. We're working through the damage, outage by outage.
Why do some outages require an electrician? When power outages cause damage to your meter socket, we can't safely restore power to your home until after repairs are made on your customer-owned equipment. Working together, we can get your power back on faster. Stay safe!
