Take care of what God already gave you. The home, the car, your body, your peace, the little things. Because if you canโt appreciate what you have now, how can God trust you with more!?
I've been putting peanut butter in the refrigerator for 6 weeks since I've been in this new apartment with my GF. She was just on the phone with her mom and she said "dang this peanut butter is so hard" I respond "I know that's why I like putting it in the cabinet" She turns and
I work on myself because I understand that I am responsible for where I end up. Not for everything that happened to me, but for every response, every habit, and every decision I made after it. That distinction is everything. Blame is easy. Ownership is what actually changes your life.
If i had the mindset I have now, I wouldnโt have made those mistakes. but if I hadnโt made those mistakes, I wouldnโt have the mindset i have now.

In Ezekiel 37 God shows a prophet a valley full of dry bones a picture of hopelessness death and emptiness.
A people who feel hopeless, broken, lifeless and beyond repair.
And God asks
โCan these bones live?โ
Then breathes life into them.
โDry bones come alive!โ is a reminder that no situation is too hopeless, when life feels barren and dreams feel dead or our hearts feel empty. His spirit can breathe life into what feels lifeless.
What looks dead to us is never beyond his power. The same spirit that raised Christ from the dead can vitalize our mortal bodies, renew passions and awaken dead dreams.
