Hitting your protein isn't hard.
Deciding what to eat at 6pm, hungry and tired, is.
Meal prep removes the decision.
One Sunday. A few high-protein recipes. Macros already worked out.
That's how you hit your number all week without thinking about it.

Why do some guys train for years and look the same?
It's rarely the split. It's rarely the supplements.
It's that they never hit their protein consistently.
Training is the signal. Protein is the raw material.
No material, no build.
Want the fix?

You don't need more protein. You need a better strategy.
Muscle growth isn't about eating chicken breast every day.
It's about consistently hitting your protein target, training progressively, and recovering properly.
Here's what actually matters:
→ Total protein: Aim for 1.6–2.2 g/kg of body weight daily if you're lifting for muscle growth.
→ Protein distribution: Spread your intake across 3–5 meals instead of cramming it all into one.
→ Protein quality: Prioritize complete protein sources like eggs, dairy, meat, fish, and soy.
→ Calorie balance: A calorie surplus supports muscle gain, while a deficit helps reduce body fat.
→ Consistency: Your results depend on what you do repeatedly, not what you eat in a single meal.
Stop chasing the perfect protein source. Start building a diet you can sustain.
What's your daily protein target? 👇
Protein isn’t just about hitting a number.
It’s about choosing the right sources for your goal.
🥩 Trying to gain muscle?
Whole eggs • Ground beef • Greek yogurt • Salmon
→ Higher calories
→ More dietary fats
→ Easier to support a surplus
🍗 Trying to lose fat?
Egg whites • Chicken breast • 0% Greek yogurt • Cod
→ High protein
→ Lower calories
→ Easier to stay in a deficit
But here’s the real question:
Are you currently BULKING or CUTTING?
👇 Comment “BULK” or “CUT” and I’ll give you the best protein choices for your goal.
PROTEIN CHOICES MATTER.
For muscle gain →
Whole eggs
80% ground beef
4% Greek yogurt
Salmon
More calories • More dietary fat • Easier to support a surplus
For fat loss →
Egg whites
Chicken breast
0% Greek yogurt
Cod
High protein • Fewer calories • Easier to maintain a deficit
The goal isn’t to avoid certain foods.
It’s to choose your protein sources based on your calorie needs and objective.
Protein + calories + training + consistency = results.

Hot take:
You don’t need another “perfect” meal plan.
You need to know your numbers.
Because you can train 5x/week, eat “healthy,” and still make ZERO progress if your calories and protein are consistently off.
Bulk?
You need a surplus.
Cut?
You need a deficit.
Both?
You need enough protein to protect the muscle you worked for.
That’s why I put together a 39-recipe nutrition guide for lifters with:
• Bulk + cut protocols
• Macro breakdowns for every recipe
• High-protein meals
• Key vitamins & minerals
• Simple meals you can actually stick to
No more guessing what to eat.
Hit your macros. Build the physique.

Your diet probably isn’t “bad.”
You’re just guessing.
Guessing how many calories you need.
Guessing how much protein you’re getting.
Guessing what meals actually fit your bulk or cut.
And then wondering why your physique isn’t changing.
So I made a simple nutrition guide for lifters:
39 high-protein recipes.
Bulk + cut protocols.
Macros for every meal.
Key vitamins & minerals.
Everything laid out so you can stop winging your nutrition.
Stop guessing. Start hitting your numbers.

You can have the best training program in the world…
But if you consistently under-eat protein, you’re making muscle growth harder than it needs to be.
Make hitting your protein goal part of your routine.
The goal isn’t to destroy yourself every session.
The goal is to train consistently, progressively overload over time, recover properly, and come back stronger.
And then there’s the part people constantly underestimate:
Unpopular opinion: "eating clean" means nothing if you don't know your numbers.
You can eat 6 clean meals a day and still be 800 calories under what you need to grow.
Clean food ≠ enough food. Track it or you're guessing.
Your diet probably isn’t failing because you lack discipline.
You’re probably just guessing.
“Healthy” ≠ enough calories.
“High protein” ≠ enough protein.
“Eating clean” ≠ a plan.
So I made the Macro Guide for Lifters:
→ 39 high-protein recipes
→ 20 meals for a bulk
→ 19 meals for a cut
→ Calories + protein + carbs + fat for every meal
→ Key vitamins & minerals
No more guessing. Just hit your numbers.
What’s your current goal?
BULK / CUT
Rule of thumb: hit protein first, calories second, everything else is a distant third.
Most people obsess over the "distant third" stuff and skip the two things that actually matter.
You can train hard.
You can hit the gym 5 days a week.
You can take your protein seriously.
And still make painfully slow progress.
Why?
Because “eating healthy” isn't the same as eating for your goal.
If you're bulking, you need a consistent calorie surplus.
If you're cutting, you need a controlled deficit.
And in BOTH phases, protein matters.
The problem is that most lifters are left guessing:
→ How many calories should I eat?
→ How much protein?
→ What should I actually cook?
→ How do I hit my numbers without eating boring meals every day?
So I built a practical nutrition guide for lifters.
Inside you'll find:
🥩 20 bulk recipes
🥗 19 cut recipes
📊 Calories + protein + carbs + fats for every recipe
💪 Simple bulk & cut protocols
🥑 Key vitamins & minerals
🍳 Breakfasts, lunches, dinners & snacks
We're talking meals like:
800+ calorie high-protein bulk plates...
AND
300–400 calorie meals delivering 40g+ of protein for a cut.
No vague “eat clean” advice.
Just numbers you can actually track and meals you can actually make.
The goal isn't perfection.
It's making your diet simple enough to follow consistently.
39 recipes.
2 phases.
1 goal:
Build the physique.
