Manchester’s city-centre PSPO looks tough, but enforcement is anemic.

There have been zero prosecutions and zero fines. No penalties doesn’t mean there isn’t a problem. People still avoid Piccadilly Gardens after dark.

We've had a leak that the government has GIVEN IN to the Vegetable Lobby on the Planning and Infrastructure Bill.

In a dirty deal for silence of any further criticism, they've agreed to WEAKEN the Bill and water it down even further.

They've backed the blockers.
